Animal Neighbours: Badger

Description

Follows the life cycle of a badger, from a cub's first steps out of its den to finding a mate. This work shows you some of the different habitats that are the badger's home, from urban gardens to remote woodlands, and the threats facing badgers and why some people see them as pests. Author description

Michael Leach is a natural history author, photographer and television cameraman specialising in mammals, both common and rare. He has written over 24 wildlife books and has filmed natural history programmes for a number of television companies, including the BBC. In the past few years he has studied mountain gorillas in Rwanda, orangutans in Borneo and badgers in his Shropshire garden.
